The hotel grounds are large and spacious with a main front entrance and rear entrance to the restaurant and pool side. The pool is large and freeform with terrace sun bathing area, loungers and parasols. There are 2 bars; a lobby bar near reception and a popular pool bar serving snacks. There is also table tennis and pool / billiards table near the bar.

The restaurant serves breakfast to residents in buffet style. Eggs, cucumber, tomato, olives, cheeses, fruit and fresh bread is standard and very typically Turkish, guests can choose to order other options at an additional cost. The restaurant also serves a selection of traditional and snack dishes throughout the day and runs occasional Turkish nights and BBQ parties during the summer months.
