Seaside is a collection of townhouses, apartments, and detached villas built in a “U” shape around a large communal swimming pool with extensive landscaped gardens. The complex is on the beach with nothing in front of it other than the turquoise Mediterranean sea. Although, in a quiet part of Calis the busy resort centre is only a 20 minute stroll along the promenade or a 10 minute bus ride. The harbour town of Fethiye is easily accessible by taking a water taxi from the resort centre and the world famous beach at Oludeniz is only a 20 minute drive away.
