It is often helpful to discuss the charter plans with us before making the final decision, because we know the yachts, their crews and the itineraries in detail. Once it has been decided which yacht would suit the personal requirements of the client, we will then send 2 copies of the contract signed by us, request that the charterer signs both copies returning one copy to us.

Upon receipt of the contract and down payment, the charter is considered confirmed.

The prices of our gulets are based on daily rate of the complete yacht and vary according to the size of the yacht, time of the year and the equipment on board. The quoted prices includes:

* The prices quoted for each gullet is per day and are in Euro.

* The prices quoted for the gulets do not include drinks on board - which can be bought onbaord for reasonable prices or you can bring your own.

* The prices quoted above do not include food for the client & crew.

* Cost of food is 25 Euro per person per day.

* The prices include diesel, crew, service, harbour fees, water and insurance for hull, client and crew.

* The departure and arrival harbour is FETHIYE, different itineraries may cost extra.

* A deposit corresponding to 30% of the full amount must be paid at the time of confirmation. The remaining portion must be paid in full 21 days prior to departure date.

* In case of cancellation you will not be refunded your initial payment.


Upon receipt of your booking we will send you our invoice. A 30 % deposit is required to confirm any booking. Reservations cannot be held without deposit. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 21 days before the trip departure date.

Payments
Payments from outside Turkey can be made by bank transfer to our bank account (in Turkey or UK).
or by credit card - we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment details are shown on our invoice. All transactions are done through our 128 bit secure server.

Cancellation Conditions

* In case of cancellation you will not be refunded your deposit.
* 15 days before departure - 50% of the final remaining payment.
* 1-14 days before departure - the total payment.
