A two bedroom ground floor apartment set on the popular complex of Almond Grove within minutes from the centre of the village. The front entrance leads into an open plan kitchen/lounge, the kitchen features fridge, 4 ring electric hob unit/oven, washing machine, & microwave oven, pine wall & base units and a marble breakfast bar.

The lounge area has comfortable seating and patio doors from the lounge open onto a terrace area with direct access to the pool. Bedroom one has a double bed with mosquito net and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, both are complete with pine furniture. Situated between the two bedrooms is a family bathroom with shower unit, wc and wash hand basin. The lounge is air conditioned.
