A three bedroom first floor apartment set on the popular complex of Almond Grove, within minutes from the centre of the village. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, both bedrooms are furnished with veneered bedside cabinets & wardrobes, and situated between the 2 beds is a family bathroom with shower, wash hand basin & WC. On the next level is a third bedroom complete with king size bed, fitted wardrobes & en suite bathroom, with bath/shower, wash hand basin & wc. There is also a large balcony off the bedrrom area, The lounge area and 2nd floor bedroom has air conditioning and both first floor bedrooms have electric fans. There is a washing machine and large fridge/freezer also on the 2nd floor. The property also benefits from a safety deposit box situated in the linen cupboard.
