This 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the popular complex of Almond Grove and close to all amenities in the village. The entrance door opens in a comfortable lounge/kitchen area, with patio doors off the lounge leading onto a terrace complete with patio furniture & which overlooks the communal pool. The kitchen features pine units with a marble breakfast bar, 4 ring electric hob, small fridge, & microwave oven, the lounge features a bed settee TV & DVD player.

Leading off this area are 2 of the bedrooms, bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, wardrobe & bedside cabinets, bedroom 2 also has 2 single beds, wardrobe & bedside cabinets and a comfortable window seat. The 3rd bedroom is on the attic floor, it features a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets & vanity unit and en suite bathroom with shower, wc and wash hand basin. A safety deposit box is also on this floor and off the attic bedroom a small laundry room complete with washing machine. From the attic bedroom there is a small roof terrace. The lounge and attic bedroom both have air conditioning.
