A 2 bedroom ground floor apartment on the ever popular Almond Grove complex. Entry from the main entrance door opens into a lounge/kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with pine wall and base units & marble work tops and includes 2 ring electric hob unit, microwave oven, small fridge & washing machine. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas and patio doors from the lounge open onto a terrace area with direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds & pine wardrobes, bedside cabinets and vanity units. Bedroom 2 features a double bed, pine wardrobes, bedside cabinets & vanity units plus en suite room with shower, wc and wash hand basin. There is also a family bathroom with shower, wc and wash hand basin. The lounge and one bedroom are air conditioned.
