Set on the Brooklands complex and ideally situated, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Hisaronu. Comfortably furnished 3rd floor apartment, accessed via a marble staircase, with the entrance door leading into an open plan kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen area is furnished with pine wall & base units and includes fridge, hob unit & microwave oven. The lounge area has been furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas, electric fan TV with satellite viewing (not sky), DVD player & CD player. Patio doors in the lounge open onto a terrace area which overlooks the swimming pool, splash pool & garden area. A family bathroom is just off the lounge with shower, w.c. & wash hand basin.

Either side of the bathroom are two of the bedrooms, both have mosquito nets & veneered bedroom furniture, one with double bed and the other 2 single beds. The 3rd bedroom is situated in the attic room, which also features a small kitchenette with microwave oven, washing machine, toaster & kettle and small breakfast table & 2 chairs. The bedroom furniture is veneered finish complete with double bed and mosquito net, fan, cd player. & safety deposit box. The apartment is air conditioned throughout.
