The kitchen features a marble breakfast bar & pine fitted wall and base units, it also has a small fridge, electric oven & 4 ring hob unit. The lounge has comfortable seating & CD player, patio doors from this area lead directly onto a terrace area complete with bamboo furniture & direct access to the swimming pool.

The first of the two bedrooms is located on this floor, and includes double bed , pine wardrobes, vanity unit & bedside cabinets. Next to the bedroom is a family bathroom with shower unit, w.c. & wash hand basin. On the lower level is the second bedroom again with pine furniture and also 2 single beds and en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
