This newly built complex of 24 apartments is set next to the ever popular site of Hillcrest 1 and within minutes of the village centre and amenities, but overlooked by pine forests with breath taking views of Babadag. This 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is approached by marble steps leading up to the entrance door, opening into a lounge/dining room. For your comfort the lounge area has 2 sofas, one of which opens into a bed. Patio doors open to a large terrace area where you may relax and enjoy views of the kidney shaped swimming pool and splash pool with a back drop of the surrounding hillside. Bedroom 1 had a double bed, pine coloured wardrobes & bedside cabinets, patio doors open on to a small terrace area, bedroom 2 features 2 twin beds, pine coloured wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Between the 2 bedrooms is a large family bathroom with shower unit, wc and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning.
