Standing close enough to our immensely popular villa Manzara Evi to enjoy the same panoramic views across the beautiful Kaya Valley, yet far enough to keep a respectful distance from its neighbour, this new villa is a very welcome addition to our portfolio.  

Its elevated setting makes this imposing villa stand out like a watchtower, yet its construction from natural stone also allows it to blend in with its natural setting.

Inside, Aydin Evi offers spacious accommodation for a family. The ground floor comprises a large living-dining room with an excellent open plan kitchen, complete with a mini-oven, fridge and washing machine. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the remaining two with twin beds.

Each of the bedrooms opens onto a large balcony, from where the views across the Kaya Valley are especially enchanting, and all three bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. There are also two shower rooms (one on each floor).

Being only 10 minutes' drive from Gemiler Beach, and just a little further from the famous beach andlagoon of Oludeniz and the bustling market town of Fethiye, Aydin Evi is perfectly situated for those who desire a tranquil, rural setting, yet also wish to have easy access to good beaches and a full rangeof facilities.
