A spacious 4 bedroom situated at the Fethiye end of Ovacik with outstanding views of the surrounding countryside & Taurus Mountains. The entrance doors leads directly into the large open plan kitchen & lounge/dining area. The kitchen is fitted with pine wall & base units and features a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and 4 ring gas hob with oven. The dining area features a table & chairs and access from here and the kitchen leads directly on a large terrace which overlooks the swimming pool & garden area. The lounge has comfortable sofas, TV with satellite receiver, wood burning stove and gas heater. Situated on the first level are 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed pine bedroom furnishings and en suite bathroom with shower, wash hand basin & WC.

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, pine wardrobes & bedside cabinets. Also on this level is a family bathroom with shower, wash hand basin & WC. 2 further bedrooms are situated on the lower ground level, both with double beds, pine bedroom furniture, plus a further bathroom with shower, wash hand basin & WC. All bedrooms are air conditioned. There is also use of a portable gas BBQ situated on the terrace area.
