A fantastic 5 bedroom private villa with swimming pool as well as child’s pool set amidst private landscaped gardens. A marble hallway takes you into a spacious open planned lounge. The lounge is stylish with modern seating & a built in fire place with mantle piece, TV and DVD player. There are french doors opening out onto a vast veranda with steps to the pool area with built in BBQ. Situated at the end of the hallway is a separate kitchen. It has been designed to a very high standard with whitewashed pine & glass wall & base units with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven & hob, marble breakfast bar & a high chair.

The veranda can also be accessed from here. There is a small fully tiled WC on this floor as well. On the 1st floor landing there is access to a small balcony & also 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and has its own balcony, double bed, and cot & is fully furnished. Bedroom 2 have 2 single beds & pine furnishings. Bedroom 3 is smaller & has 1 single bed & pine fittings. There is also a modern fully tiled shower room on this floor. Positioned on the lower ground level is another 2 double bedrooms. One is ensuite & has a jacuzzi, double bed & furnished with pine fittings. The last bedroom is fully furnished with 2 single beds. Another fully tiled shower room & washing machine are on this floor. The property is air conditioned throughout.
