A fabulous 5 bedroom private villa with accommodation on 3 floors enjoying a large private garden & pool. A marble hall leads into an open planned lounge/dining area. The lounge is stylish with a lovely built in fire & mantle piece and modern seating. The dining area has a white marble table & chairs. From this room there is access via french windows to a large veranda with built in BBQ & steps to the swimming pool & garden. At the end of the hall is an attractive kitchen with whitewashed pine & glass wall & base units including marble breakfast bar & stools, large built in fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave & dishwasher & access to the veranda. There is also a small WC on this floor.

On the 1st floor landing is access to a small balcony, fully tiled shower room & 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is en-suite with a double bed, cot, modern furnishings & a private balcony. Bedroom 2 is pleasantly furnished & has 2 single beds & is fully furnished. Bedroom 3 is a smaller room & has 1 single bed with furnishings. Located on the lower ground level are a further 2 bedrooms & another fully tiled shower room with washing machine. Bedroom 1 has a large en-suite bathroom & double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds & is fully furnished. The villa is air conditioned throughout.
