Super 5 bedroom detached villa with accommodation on 3 floors offering a private pool as well as child’s pool amidst private landscaped gardens. A spacious marble entrance hall leads to an open planned lounge/dining area. This has been furnished to a high standard with ample seating room & built in fire place with surrounding mantle piece. In the lounge there is a TV and DVD player. A pleasant dining room table & chairs is located at the other end of the lounge. French doors open out to a large veranda with its own built in BBQ area with direct access to the swimming pool & sunbathing area. At the end of the hallway is a modern kitchen with lovely whitewashed pine & glass units, granite breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, built in oven & hob. There is also access to the veranda from the kitchen. There is a small fully tiled WC room on this floor.

Upstairs on the 1st floor are 3 stylishly designed bedrooms, family shower room & access to a balcony at the end of the landing. Bedroom 1 is en-suite and has a king size bed & its own private balcony & pine furniture with a child’s cot. Bedroom 2 is fully furnished with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is a small room & has 1 single bed & pine furnishings. On the lower ground level of this villa are a further 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is en-suite with bath & shower unit complete with a king size bed, cot, sofa, & is fully furnished to a high standard. Bedroom 2 is also furnished in pine & has 2 single beds. There is a large fully tiled shower room on this floor as well. The property is air conditioned throughout. There is also one sofa & one double sofa beds in the villa, one in the downstairs king size bedroom and one in the lounge, and a full sized safe.
