The lounge also has use of 2 bed settees for a further sleeping area, TV/DVD & CD player & an attractive open fire place. From this floor is direct access to a large veranda leading to the pool area which also enjoys a built in BBQ. Located on the 1st floor are 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is en-suite, has a private balcony & fully fitted pine furnishings complete with double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, private balcony & pine furnishings. Positioned on this floor is a fully tiled modern shower room. The lounge & bedroom 1 have air conditioning.
