Fabulous 5 bedroom villa with its own private pool set in a quiet location on the outskirts of Ovacik, boasting panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. From the front entrance door is a separate kitchen area which features electric oven with 4 ring ceramic hob unit, fridge/freezer, microwave oven & washing machine. A small wc/cloakroom area with wash hand basin is next to the kitchen. The lounge area features an open fire place, 2 comfortable sofas, glass top dining table, 4 chairs & flat screen TV with DVD player & satellite receiver, patio doors open onto a large terrace area which has been furnished with bamboo table & chairs, plus there is also a built in BBQ.

On the first floor are 2 of the 5 bedrooms, one featuring double bed, furnished with veneered bedroom furniture, off which is a small balcony area, also off the bedroom area is an en suite bathroom with shower unit, wc and wash hand basin. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, veneered bedroom furniture & small balcony area. Between the 2 bedrooms is situated a family bathroom with shower unit, wc and wash hand basin. On the lower ground floor are a further 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and veneered bedroom furniture, one of these bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, shower unit, wc and wash hand basin. The 5th bedroom has twin bed and features also veneered furniture. A family bathroom with shower unit, wc and wash hand basin is also on this level. The lounge and all bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
