By booking accommodation and/or flights and/or transfers online through oludenizbeach.com you agree to the following terms & conditions.
Oludenizbeach.com is owned by Tw Travel & Holidays - the holiday company who will be arranging your accommodation, flights, transfers and/or holidays.
Tw Travel & Holidays is an accommodation only provider (not a Tour Operator). When a client requests accommodation and or flight, we pass this enquiry on to the accommodation and or flight supplier pending their confirmation. We treat this as an unconfirmed enquiry and we may take a deposit, which we use to guarantee the booking pending the confirmation from our supplier. Once we receive the confirmation back from our suppliers we will issue a confirmation / invoice and only then will a contract exist between Tw Travel & Holidays and yourself. Until the issue of the confirmation / invoice, no contract exists of any kind in express terms or implied terms. If we are unable to supply the requested accommodation and or flight we will return any deposit paid and this will end the matter. We cannot be held responsible for any other travel arrangements that you or your travel agent has confirmed independently and for any costs arising from canceling or amending these independent arrangements. Once you receive our written confirmation / invoice and accommodation-flight voucher it is essential that you check them for errors or omissions to eliminate any possible misunderstandings. We can not be held responsible if you choose not to check your confirmation / invoice and subsequently find you are booked on something you did not intend and costs maybe involved in changing the arrangements. This is why it is so important to check your confirmation / invoice.
Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant travel arrangements subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and Tw Travel & Holidays shall come into existence until Tw Travel & Holidays (a) issues a booking reference number; (b) issues a booking confirmation by email, fax or post; and (c) receives payment in full.
Reservations:
1. Room & transfer prices shown on the website are in Sterling (£) and Euro and do not include flights. (Please note accommodation rates are daily & change accordingly when dates of stay cross into a different time period or month).
2. At time of booking availability for the dates you have requested will be confirmed or if unavailable alternative dates / hotels will be suggested. This is NOT a booking confirmation. No booking is secured the 30% deposit has been charged. Should the dates / accommodation you have requested become unavailable between the time of booking & sending of credit card details/bank transfers you will be informed & no charges to your card will be made. Please ensure you print out a copy of your booking confirmation & keep it with your other holiday documentation as it may be required by the hotel as an accommodation voucher / proof of payment.
Payment & Cancellation:
3. The 30 % deposit is non refundable should you cancel your booking within 3 weeks of your arrival date, cancel before this time & your credit card will be refunded with the deposit amount. The remaining 70 % payment will be paid (again by crerdit card or bank transfer) 21 days before your due check in date. You will be informed immediately should your credit card be refused for any reason & asked for an alternative card which must be processed within 24hrs of the request otherwise the reservation will be forfeit. You therefore accept that Tw Travel & Holidays may use any given contact information provided by you in order to make contact with you should a problem with your booking / payment arise. Cancellation within 14 days of your check in date will result in your card being refunded minus a cancellation fee of 4 days per room for a 7 night booking & 7 days per room for a 14 night booking.
5. Credit card payments for all bookings will be in Turkish Lira charged at the Sterling exchange rate posted by the Turkish Central Bank.We do not charge commission for credit card transactions. Credit card payments for all bokings will be in Turkish Lira charged at the Sterling or Euro exchange rate posted by Central Turkish Bank. However if your card supplier has higher exchange rates and this reflects on your card statement, Tw Travel & Holidays can not be held responsible for this.
6. The owner of the credit card provided during the reservation process will be responsible for ensuring that payment is made for the booking even if the lead name of the booking party is different.
Check in / Out :
7. Check out time from accommodations is 12 midday ( when your 'contract' with the hotel effectively ends ) & if you are on a night flight this may mean you having to vacate your room several hours before your return transfer. If you are on a half board or all inclusive basis this may also mean you will not be provided with meals after this time unless an extension payment is made locally by you directly to the hotellier. Most hotels are happy to extend the check out time ( where possible ) for an extra local payment or you can add on an extra days payment to your booking to ensure your room & board is kept available for your use until you leave. Please remember that if you are on an overnight flight your night of travel counts as your first night in the hotel even if you arrive in the early hours of the morning. Your check in date would be the date your flight took off from your home country NOT the date you arrived in Turkey. This is so that your room can be made available to you immediately & you dont have to wait until 12 midday to gain access.
Airport Transfers :
9. Should you require airport transfers it is your responsibility to ensure that all the flight details provided by you during booking are correct & that Tw Travel & Holidays is informed immediately of any changes by e mail. No liability can be accepted for missed transfers due to incorrect information provided by you. Should your flight be delayed our transfer personel will wait for your flight. Should your flight land earlier than expected please wait at the arrivals apron until the usual landing time as your allotted transfer vehicle may be bringing departing passengers scheduled to check in at the same time. Our transfer personel will identify themselves by carrying a board with the your party's booking lead name, hotel & destination displayed. Flights
10. All flights are subject to change and avaliability. Please confirm seat avaliability - flight times and prices prior to booking.
Star Ratings :
11. Hotel star ratings vary from country to country & cannot always be relied on to indicate the quality of the accommodation but are only a guideline. Room facilities & sizes can vary greatly between hotel of the same star rating. Please note for example that triple rooms may not be any larger than standard rooms & may just have an extra bed put in. The star ratings given to hotels on this web site may not be the same as the official Turkish Tourism Ministry endorsements but have been rated by Tw Travel & Holidays as being equivalent in quality to other properties of that star rating.
Insurance :
12. Tw Travel & Holidays strongly recommends that you arrange & purchase adequate insurance cover for the duration of your holiday. Please note that certain sports & activities ( ie dangerous sports or moped hire ) may not be covered on a standard policy. It is your responsibility to ensure the coverage is sufficient for the type of holiday you are taking.
Extras / Facilities / Entertainments :
13. Prices shown on the website are daily rates for room and / or room & board. Some accommodations may not have air conditioning included in the price (although it may be listed among the facilities), but will charge an extra fee directly from you as a local payment. You are responsible for payment of all extras that are not covered by the daily room price quoted on the website.
14. Facilities / entertainments described for accommodations listed on the website are those which are usually available during peak times. Tw Travel & holidays cannot be held liable for the lack of certain facilities or entertainments due to weather conditions , lack of numbers or breakdown & repair.
Complaints :
15. In the event of a complaint by you or your party regarding the accommodation, the hotel / accommodation reception & the Tw Travel & Holidays office must be informed immediately & given sufficient opportunity to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. It is your responsibility to ascertain if the accommodation is suitable for the type of holiday you have in mind & suitable for all members of your party especially those with special requirements ( ie children & elderly ). No liability can be accepted for complaints arising from the mistaken booking of a hotel.
