Villa
Derin is a detached villa with a private swimming pool.
The
villa is situated just a five-minute walk from the Fethiye-to-Olu Deniz road,
which runs through the village of Ovacik. The shops and restaurants of this
growing village are therefore within easy walking distance, whilst visits
to the bustling market and harbour town of Fethiye, and to the stunning lagoon
beach of Olu Deniz are easily accomplished using the frequent Dolmus services
passing through.
On the
other hand, the villa is far enough from the road not to be affected by any
noise, so that it`s location is as restful as it is convenient.
Villa
Derin is set on two floors. The ground floor consists of a well-appointed
living room with an open plan kitchen, a cosy sitting area with an open fire
place - equipped with satellite tv and a cd player and a twin bedroom.
The living
room opens out to a big terrace area furnished for al fresco dining and to
the gardens and the swimming pool.
The upper
floor has an en-suite master bedroom with it`s own balcony. - both air-conditioned.
There
is an open plan gallery upsptairs - where it`s possible to have an extra bed.
