Villa Derin is a detached villa with a private swimming pool.

The villa is situated just a five-minute walk from the Fethiye-to-Olu Deniz road, which runs through the village of Ovacik. The shops and restaurants of this growing village are therefore within easy walking distance, whilst visits to the bustling market and harbour town of Fethiye, and to the stunning lagoon beach of Olu Deniz are easily accomplished using the frequent Dolmus services passing through.

On the other hand, the villa is far enough from the road not to be affected by any noise, so that it`s location is as restful as it is convenient.

Villa Derin is set on two floors. The ground floor consists of a well-appointed living room with an open plan kitchen, a cosy sitting area with an open fire place - equipped with satellite tv and a cd player and a twin bedroom.

The living room opens out to a big terrace area furnished for al fresco dining and to the gardens and the swimming pool.

The upper floor has an en-suite master bedroom with it`s own balcony. - both air-conditioned.

There is an open plan gallery upsptairs - where it`s possible to have an extra bed.

The above prices are for one/two weeks stay at the villa (not per person).

Prices incl. the welcome wine & fruit pack waiting at the accommodation.

For a confirmation of reservation 30 % of the total amount is required.

£ 150 damage/loss deposit taken when customers enter their accommodation.

We do not charge commission for credit card transactions. Credit card payments for all bokings will be in Turkish Lira charged at the Sterling or Euro exchange rate posted by Central Turkish Bank. However if your card supplier has higher exchange rates and this reflects on your card statement, Tw Travel & Holidays can not be held responsible for this.
