Symbola faces out to sea, hidden among the pine-forests backing the Oludeniz
beach area.
There
are three different self contained units in this complex. Though the swimmnig
pool is shared all the three units are completely private and independent
from each other.
The accommodation consists of a well-appointed living room with kitchenette, a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and its own terrace commanding breathtaking views over the turquoise bay below. It is ideal for those who wish to have a holiday in the resort without being part of it.
The beach can be reached on foot in fifteen minutes, but we do recommend a hire car for families.
Ornamented in local stone, landscaped into the hillside, the most impressive feature of this Gaudiesque complex of three dwellings, is the two tier gardened terrace surrounding a freeform swimming pool.

• THE UPPER RESIDENCE IS CALLED SARIGERME, named after a beach resort near Dalaman, is reached from the main entrance terrace by stone-steps. This is a duplex unit, the upper room has a kitchen with gas cooker and refrigerator, bathroom with bath, wardrobe and a divan which can be converted to a double bed. The Lower room has a seperate bathroom with bath, wardrobe with sliding doors, full-height mirror, and a double bed. Both rooms have a sea-and-mountain view and large balconies perfect for sunbathing. Upper and lower rooms are interconnected by a built-in-marble staircase.
• THE MIDDLE RESIDENCE NAMED MARMARIS is approached by a balconied terrace and is set on three levels. There are two double bedrooms with fine stained-wood surrounds, panelled wardrobes with sliding mirror-doors and marble floors. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with bath. The kitchen-cum-dining room has a gas cooker and a small refrigerator. A communal door leads on to a patio overlooking the bay and the mountain, perfect for sunbathing.
• THE LOWER RESIDENCE NAMED BODRUM has a large private sun bathing roof patio, from which a wide flight of steps curves down to the open plan living room with a cornered rustic fireplace and a red-veined marble floor. A door opens onto a small balcony, which overlooks an olive grove. The kitchen is tiled in black and white with marble framing. It contains a cooking stove and a large refrigerator,with a wide marbled service hatch through to the dining area. The two bedrooms are reached by a wide passage running behind the kitchen. The larger bedroom has a set-in double bed, a fine glass corner mirror and a leafy window looking at the bay. The smaller bedroom has two beds backed by wooden panelling. Both bedrooms have wardrobes with sliding mirrors doors. There is one bathroom with good fittings.
The apartments are perfect for those who want a private holiday in superlative surroundings. Due to terracing, it is not suitable for toddlers.The price includes cleaning and continental breakfast. Car hire is recommended, but not essential. All villas have wireless internet.
